1.Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure.
One person, one account. Attempting the same exam from multiple coordinated accounts to climb the leaderboard is cheating and will result in removal of results and suspension.
2.Fair use
Questions, explanations and exam content on SCALE are proprietary. You may not scrape, redistribute or resell them.
Automated access to exams or answers is prohibited.
3.Exam conduct
Mock exams are timed and server-scored. Once an attempt expires it is scored as-is; unanswered questions score zero (or negative marking where stated on the exam).
Results are final except in the case of a demonstrable technical error, which we will correct with an audit trail.
4.Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Answers save continuously during an exam precisely so that a dropped connection cannot cost you your work.
5.Changes
These terms may be updated; material changes will be announced on the site.
Continued use after changes means acceptance.
