Plans are billed monthly or yearly in PKR, tax-inclusive. Right now payments are manual wallet transfers: choose a plan on your billing page, send the amount to our JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account with your reference code, then enter the transaction ID. We verify payments within a few hours and your plan activates for the full period. Card payments are coming soon.
Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal - you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then drop back to Free. Nothing is deleted; your results and practice sets stay on your account.
If you have not used the paid features, you can request a refund within 7 days of payment. See the refund policy for the exact terms, or email support@scalebackend.net.
Every plan is already priced for students - Plus is about a cup of chai a week, and yearly billing saves 30%. If a payment is genuinely out of reach, write to us; we read every message.
Institute gives every student Pro limits plus an academy leaderboard and teacher-authored sets, from PKR 149 per student per month with a minimum of 25 seats, billed to the academy. Email support@scalebackend.net and we will set it up.
